He has started, grown, merged, acquired and sold a variety of businesses in multiple sectors over the years and currently has business interests in Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital Marketing, HVAC, Construction and Industrial services across the UK.
He is passionate about business and the opportunities it brings. Richard has been a ‘full time’ SME investor since 2016 after one of his businesses was acquired by a FTSE 250 listed company. He is active in M&A circles and specialises in increasing growth, profitability, shareholder value and facilitating frictionless exits for business owners.
Steve is a Qualified Accountant (ACMA) with a corporate career spanning 28 years, working in numerous business sectors across the UK, France, Germany, Sweden and Morocco. Steve set up the first of his businesses in September 2008 and since that time he has grown the businesses that he owns and acquired others to add to his portfolio. His specialist skills include accountancy, business planning and restructuring, business turnarounds, business process, re-engineering and raising finance.
Steve’s existing portfolio sectors include accountancy, security, domestic appliance repair, yachting and the health sector.
