Andy is a Chartered Accountant that spent 20 years at a mid tier firm of accountants in Hull, before setting up 360 Chartered Accountants and 5Four Payroll Bureau 10 years ago.
He now has a team of 30 working from offices in Hull City Centre and Withernsea and has been through the trials and tribulations of starting, growing (organic and acquisition) and systemising his businesses.
Andy enjoys nothing more than helping lonely, stressed entrepreneurs do the same and with his team has received a lot of praise from businesses and the local media for the support they’ve given their clients during the Covid-19 crisis.
Sophie is a Chartered and Certified Chartered Accountant that has been in practice, and with 360 Chartered Accountants, for over 9 years.
In her time at 360 she has worked on a range of businesses of various sizes and in varying industries helping them to grow and thrive. She specialises in Charities and heads up the Charity department within 360.
Sophie enjoys working on charities of all sizes and complexities, helping them navigate the complex accounting and taxation rules.
Andrew founded HEY Smile Foundation along with Jim Dick OBE in 2009. At the forefront of Smiles growth and development, Andrew has utilised his strong working relationships with both the public and private sectors to enhance third sector services across Hull & East Yorkshire.
Andrew has a vast range of expertise across the private, public and voluntary sector. Experiencing charitable engagement and delivery within new start-ups to strategic delivery of statutory charitable funding within the NHS.
